letter-spacing: 2px; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\">House FS7<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-03daa885\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-03daa885\"><p><\/p><p>Located in Camogli, on a steep slope inaccessible by road yet boasting a wonderful sea view, the early 20th-century FS7 house featured interiors that had been altered over time, spread across three disconnected levels, as well as a portion of the building that was in a neglected state.<\/p>\n<p>The project restored coherence to the property by carrying out structural work on the unsafe section, connecting the three levels internally, creating new openings in the fa\u00e7ade to enhance indoor\u2013outdoor continuity, and giving the interiors a new harmonious character.<\/p>\n<p>The lower floor accommodates a kitchen and a small living area overlooking a large terrace with a pergola, as well as a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The focal point of the space is the custom-designed island with a Bianco di Carrara Canaloni marble top, featuring rounded edges and an integrated sink with built-in drainer.<br>\nA softly curved staircase leads to the middle floor, which houses a study and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The existing niches in the perimeter walls were preserved and reused, leaving visible traces of even the house\u2019s smallest architectural features. letter-spacing: 2px; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\">House FS7<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-9c1ad9bc\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-9c1ad9bc\"><p><\/p><p>Located in Camogli, on a steep slope inaccessible by road yet boasting a wonderful sea view, the early 20th-century FS7 house featured interiors that had been altered over time, spread across three disconnected levels, as well as a portion of the building that was in a neglected state.<\/p>\n<p>The project restored coherence to the property by carrying out structural work on the unsafe section, connecting the three levels internally, creating new openings in the fa\u00e7ade to enhance indoor\u2013outdoor continuity, and giving the interiors a new harmonious character.<\/p>\n<p>The lower floor accommodates a kitchen and a small living area overlooking a large terrace with a pergola, as well as a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The focal point of the space is the custom-designed island with a Bianco di Carrara Canaloni marble top, featuring rounded edges and an integrated sink with built-in drainer.<br>\nA softly curved staircase leads to the middle floor, which houses a study and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The existing niches in the perimeter walls were preserved and reused, leaving visible traces of even the house\u2019s smallest architectural features.
