ST10 Apartment

The renovation emphasized a feature that is often not possible to guarantee in small to medium-sized apartments, but which, in reality, has a utility all its own that is worth rediscovering: the entrance.

Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), 70 SQM

Flat RU10

The dialogue between the new and the pre-existing characterizes this generous apartment in the hearth of Milan.

Milan, 220 SQM

Duplex PZ3

In this small apartment on two levels the fluidity of space has been rethought through customized furnitures that have lightly defined areas with different functions, without losing the perception of the space as a whole. The wardrobe-totem at the entrance, coated with amber-toned mirror, is the pivot of the project.

Longone al Segrino (CO), 70 SQM

VT8 Apartment

Inspired by a typical Milanese home concept, the project expresses its main colours and materials choices starting from the corridor that acts as the core of the entire apartment.

Milan, 85 SQM

Waterfront: Lecco, nuovi riflessi

The project proposes a system of platforms that advance and retreat on the water. The continuous shift of the coastline defines a zone of varying width between the built front boundary and the lake. This zone hosts a new linear park, an innovative energy infrastructure and a complex system of pedestrian, cycle and vehicle paths that connect the different levels. Landings, bathing infrastructures, panoramic terraces and floating platforms make it possible to “live the water”.

Lecco, 10 KM

Studio flat MO21

Even a small apartment has a potential. The existing elementary space has been transformed thanks to a “super-arredo”. Colour is the essence of the project.

Milan, 28 SQM

The wall was originally conceived as a dividing element. This project wants to redefine the concept of wall: from separation to element of union, from physical barrier to permeable surface, from dividing object to meeting- and exchange place, where people can rediscover the deep sense of community. Our wall is a bridge.

Architecture

House ST39

The house is located in a central and historical street of Pozzallo, a seaside town south of Sicily. The project has transformed house ST39 into an introverted residence, which isolates itself from the chaotic nature of the architectural context and turns inside towards a new quite courtyard.

Pozzallo, 180 MQ

Landscape

Waterfront: Lecco, nuovi riflessi

The project proposes a system of platforms that advance and retreat on the water. The continuous shift of the coastline defines a zone of varying width between the built front boundary and the lake. This zone hosts a new linear park, an innovative energy infrastructure and a complex system of pedestrian, cycle and vehicle paths that connect the different levels. Landings, bathing infrastructures, panoramic terraces and floating platforms make it possible to “live the water”.

Lecco, 10 KM

Cuernavaca Railway Linear Park

The wall was originally conceived as a dividing element. This project wants to redefine the concept of wall: from separation to element of union, from physical barrier to permeable surface, from dividing object to meeting- and exchange place, where people can rediscover the deep sense of community. Our wall is a bridge.

Bathing Pier in Gothenburg

The bathing pier is located in Askim bay, south of Gothenburg, characterized by a shallow and sandy beach. The architecture reaches 260 meters out to sea, where the sea is deep enough to let people dive. It is conceived as a composition of longitudinal bands running along the whole pier. One band turns into a sequence of three fully accessible ramps that allow even users with impaired mobility to swim.
