Bathing Pier in Gothenburg
The bathing pier is located in Askim bay, south of Gothenburg, characterized by a shallow and sandy beach. The architecture reaches 260 meters out to sea, where the sea is deep enough to let people dive. It is conceived as a composition of longitudinal bands running along the whole pier. One band turns into a sequence of three fully accessible ramps that allow even users with impaired mobility to swim.

Waterfront: Lecco, nuovi riflessi
The project proposes a system of platforms that advance and retreat on the water. The continuous shift of the coastline defines a zone of varying width between the built front boundary and the lake. This zone hosts a new linear park, an innovative energy infrastructure and a complex system of pedestrian, cycle and vehicle paths that connect the different levels. Landings, bathing infrastructures, panoramic terraces and floating platforms make it possible to “live the water”.
